Hostel Mundo Joven Catedral

Hostel Mundo Joven Catedral is in an ideal location, in the centre of the city within easy access to the historical district, popular tourist spots and dining options. The hostel is affiliated with Hostelling International which ensures they uphold high standards, which is why they had over 55,000 guests last year.

As well as featuring access to all your needs outside the hostel, all bases are covered inside too. Dormitories of various sizes and private single and double rooms are available. All room access is monitored by magnetic cards issued when you check-in. The bed linen and bathroom areas are all well maintained by the helpful staff.

On the ground floor there is a large rotunda style communal room that doubles up as a dining room for the restaurant. It is a laid back and welcoming area where you can unwind and relax.

But if you want to have a drink you need to head upstairs. The rooftop terrace boasts fabulous views across the city skyline, with a bar that gets very lively and is open until the early hours of the morning. With regular live sport, music and barbecues it is a great place to meet other travellers.
