Agua y Sal is a Cebicheria of Latin cuisine that pays tribute to the fishing villages of Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean, with a selection of the best ceviches of its shores.
The flavors, shapes and textures that make our menu are the result of passion and long experience in the culinary industry Rodrigo Estrada one of its owners, and the commitment and knowledge of our Chef Ismael Sanchez.
