Carolo is an elite restaurant, offering fine dining and specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. There are two restaurants in Mexico City; one in Paseo Interlomas and the other in Plaza Carso. Both are very similar and offer quaint terraces to sit on while enjoying the meal. For the main course, try the smoked salmon or tender carpaccio of beef and don't forget to order the basket of incredibly warm and fresh baked bread. The desserts are delicious; we recommend the coconut flan or the succulent tres leches cajeta cake.
Inside Carolo, the decor is impeccable and tasteful with comfortable chairs both inside and outside the restaurant and suitable lighting depending on the time of day. The waiters are attentive, professional and will be willing to help you recommend a dish from the menu. A good choice of lounge music will accompany your meal.
