El Bajío - Cuitláhuac

El Bajío is a Mexican tradition in this city.
In the menu you will find exquisite dishes full of history such as the anise gorditas, the Veracruz style fish and the papantecos tamales, as well as typical dishes of northern Mexico, including the pride of the house: carnitas Michoacán style and other delicious traditional dishes from Yucatán, Puebla and Oaxaca, just to mention some.
El Bajío is an example that proves the union, the tenacity and the commitment of Mexican families. Founded in 1972 by Raúl Ramírez Degollado and Alfonso Hurtado Morellón, it currently has ten restaurants so you will surely find one near you.
