Directions to La Terraza
La Terraza Restaurant, better known as La Terraza of 'El Gran Hotel Ciudad de México' is precisely located in one of the most beautiful and representative buildings of the main square at downtown.
Considered the most beautiful and magnificent building in the Capital after the Palacio de Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts) a remarkable example of 'Art Nouveau'.
To describe the Grand Hotel Ciudad de México seems impossible, because in this building you will only find the contrast of a Tiffany stained glass window of the year 1908, an imposing oil lamp from Luis XV style, the panoramic elevators are from the beginning of the 20th century and a beautiful rail of artisan blacksmith in one master piece from the first to the third floor.
Without making any mention of its amazing view to the Palacio Nacional, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the beautiful buildings of Government of Mexico City; best appreciated from our Terraza Restaurant.
