Located in the artistic neighborhood, Colonia Roma, this small theater is entirely dedicated to promoting the independent and contemporary Mexican plays and films.
This stage aims at providing a decent space to the new Mexican dramaturgy as well as to those experimental and emerging projects of visual arts in the national territory. Therefore, it is a nationalistic project with the goal of to stimulating and spreading the national scenic arts. Its maximum capacity is of 45 people, which makes it ideal also to host workshops and lectures.
El Bicho also has a space aimed at projecting Mexican independent films and experimental projects of unknown national filmmakers.
